-Extra thick wafer paper is thick enough to stand up on its own
-Frosting sheet is flimsy and will need to be stuck to a peice of fondant
Simply cut out with kitchen scissors or preferably an Xacto Knife and lay her on top of fresh buttercream icing. You can also adhere her to fondant by wetting the fondant with a very small amount of water and sticking her on.
The cake in the sample image has Elsa stuck to a peice of fondant, cut the fondant out and let dry/harden for a bit, then adhere that fondant peice to the cake.
Elsa is approximately 5 inches tall.
